Marcella brings over three decades of comprehensive experience in the medical and skincare industry, coupled with a solid foundation in healthcare. Her career trajectory includes pivotal roles such as serving on the MedSurg unit at Grant Medical Center and as a Hospice and Oncology Nurse at The Ohio State, James Cancer Hospital. In addition, she successfully owned and operated Elspa salon in Dublin, Ohio.

As the lead Aesthetician, Marcella seamlessly amalgamates her medical expertise with years of skincare proficiency to deliver exceptional and enduring results for her clientele. With her third year as an Allergan Medical Institute Faculty Trainer for DiamondGlow® and SkinMedica®, Marcella remains at the forefront of cutting-edge advancements in the field. Her dedication and skill were acknowledged when she was named the Highly Commended Aesthetic Nurse of the Year in 2019 by My Face My Body. Additionally, she is honored to be recognized as a Know Better Skin Pro with Colorescience.

Marcella is a registered nurse (R.N.) Injector and a seasoned medical skin specialist, renowned nationally for her prowess as a trainer and educator with Allergan Medical Institute and Suneva Medical. She also serves as a National Ambassador on various Medical Professional panels and contributes her expertise to the Diverse and Inclusive Aestheticians' Curriculum panel.

Marcella holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Otterbein College, an Associate of Science from Columbus State Community College, and an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting from Belmont Technical College. Additionally, she has completed Advance Microblading Deluxe Brows training in Milan, Italy, further enhancing her expertise and credentials in the field.
