With over three decades of experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, and healthcare, Marcella Brooks Anderson brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, artistry, and passion to her practice. Her career began in traditional medicine—serving on the MedSurg unit at Grant Medical Center and later as a Hospice and Oncology Nurse at The Ohio State University’s James Cancer Hospital—before evolving into a dynamic role at the intersection of science and beauty.

Marcella’s journey also includes the successful ownership of Elspa Salon in Dublin, Ohio, where she developed a deep understanding of both the science of skin and the art of care. Today, as Lead Aesthetician and National Trainer, she seamlessly merges her medical background with advanced skincare expertise to deliver personalized, transformative results that enhance confidence and natural beauty.

A National Faculty Trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute—specializing in DiamondGlow and SkinMedica—Marcella is a respected educator and thought leader in the aesthetic community. She also serves as a National Ambassador and expert panelist for organizations dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion within the aesthetic field.

Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous honors, including being named Highly Commended Aesthetic Nurse of the Year by My Face My Body and recognition as a Know Better Skin Pro with Colorescience®.

Marcella holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Otterbein College, as well as degrees from Columbus State Community College and Belmont Technical College. She has also completed Advanced Microblading Deluxe Brows Training in Milan, Italy—continuing to expand her expertise and artistry in aesthetics.
