Emily DeCrane is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients reach their optimal state of health through functional medicine.
Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Cincinnati. She has over 10 years of experience caring for patients in an acute care setting. Most recently, while working as a Nurse Practitioner at Nationwide Children’s Hospital she managed patient’s blood sugar trends and educated on the impact of nutrition and exercise.
Emily joined the CAPS Wellness Center to assist her patients towards a life of wellness and away from a life of illness. She uses a holistic approach that encompasses a patient’s physical and mental well-being to discover the root cause of their symptoms. She forms a healing partnership with her patients to create an individualized treatment plan that empowers patients on a journey to wellness. Emily is excited to help you rediscover the best version of yourself!
