Carolyn Brennan
Carolyn Brennan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to helping her patients achieve their optimal health. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati. Carolyn has ten years of experience of primary care where she grew comfortable in her clinical skills, patient relationships and preventive medicine.
With her previous experience, Carolyn comes to CAPS to shift her focus to a functional medicine approach while helping patients identify and address the root causes of chronic symptoms through personalized, holistic care. Carolyn strives to empower her patients to advocate for their goals to optimize their health. Known for her compassionate approach and strong patient advocacy, Carolyn partners with everyone to support healing, balance, and long-term health from the inside out.
